Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we do allow returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong product was received
- The item is significantly different from its description or photo
To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and a hallmark of handcrafted items—they are not considered defects.
3. Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, and you qualify for a return, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- A store credit for future use
- A refund back to your original payment method
We aim to process exchanges within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
